Massage Therapy Sessions
All sessions are priced on a sliding scale; this allows you to pay what best fits your budget.
30 minutes of table time focusing on one main area with very little intake time. This kind of session is the Massage Therapy version of a Power Nap; no fuss, no muss, just a quick way to refresh and recharge while getting in some actual relaxation.
45 minutes doesn't allow enough time for a whole body session, but it's great for addressing two or three regions. 45 minute sessions often focus on specific issues, but they're also great for a quick break.
60 minutes is just right for a general whole body session. If you're looking to address a specific region or issue, we can leave some areas out or spend less time in some places to do more focused work in others.
75 minute sessions allow enough time to cover the whole body and also dedicate more time to a specific region or two.
90 minutes is a great session length for getting into a deeply relaxed state while allowing deeper contact with the muscle and connective tissues.
